Its content routes readers to custodians such as the Weakley County Circuit Court Clerk, Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, TDOC, and Tennessee Sex Offender Registry. Tennessee Public Records Act access under Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-501 through 10-7-518 belongs with the covered government office. TBI dissemination is governed by Tenn. Code Ann. § 38-6-120.
